salmon salad sandwitch

  1. You will need two packages of boneless skinless salmon.
  2. One half cup of chopped red onion
  3. A half cup of peas
  4. Two tsp of mayo
  5. and your favorite rolls
  6. In a bowl mix the salmon, onion,mayo,peas
  7. season to taste salt, pepper, etc
  8. mix and chill for an hour
  9. Next slice open roll spread a little Salmon flavored cream cheese on roll
  10. Add salmon salad and top with Cole slaw
  11. Just have some fresh fruit on the side. This is a quick mid week meal your family will love it.
